My mom has three adult goats, Mindy, Clarise and Billy. The girls both had babies recently, their kids were born a week apart. Mindy went first, she had three kids: two girls and a boy. Clarise is a first-time mom, she also delivered three kids, but only one survived, she is a girl.

We brought one of Mindy's girls to Clarise's pen for a playdate, it's fun to watch them play.

every spring we joke about getting a baby goat to eat the grass instead of mowing...just put it on a chain and move it around the yard.
When we first moved into the house my mom teased that she'd bring Billy and the girls over to mow our lawn. Just so she could see the look on our faces. Thanks mom, but keep the farm animals by you...
A few weeks ago, she stayed with us overnight. She found a lady in Vegas that was giving away a Peacock. My mom asked Frank if she could keep him in our backyard until she was ready to go. His reply, Hell NO! After giving it some thought she realized he was right and it wasn't a good idea. Gee, you think? Gotta love her.
