Unfortunately, our seven day food adventure drew to a close last night. We truly enjoyed Restaurant Week, we sampled several restaurants we've been meaning to try and we found one true gem in the process. We are already looking forward to next year.
We were so impressed by Stratta we decided to close Restaurant Week the same way we opened it. We were not disappointed. This time we each had pansotti, Frank had veal marsala, I had sea scallops, and we couldn't resist ordering the same desserts as last time. So so so delicious! Did I mention the desserts were delicious? Service was excellent to boot. Stratta has definitely made it on our list of favorites. The restaurant manager came by to ask us how everything was... Our reply, excellent! of course. We inquired about the pastry chef, her name is Jennifer Fournier. She does the desserts for Stratta and Alex, and she was recently named one of the ten best pastry chefs in the country.
